These are the terms of sales for the REPAR2 website, a brand distributed by the COECKE MACHINES International company, a Belgian industrial firm whose headquarters are: Poortakkerstraat 27, 9051 Gent, Belgium, phone number: +32 9 221 78 70 (Monday - Thursday: 8:30 — 17:00, Friday: 8:30 — 15:30), e-mail:, registered under the numberBE 0447.032.022 at the Brussels district court. 1. Contract conclusion:

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a lawfully constraining offer, but an online catalog without executive judicial value. When you press the “order now (with buyout obligation)” button, you make an order linking you to the goods in the basket. The acknowledgment of receipt of the order is delivered immediately after the order is issued and constitutes an acceptation of the contract from our side. Then, you will receive another order confirmation via e-mail. It contains recap of the order as well as the arrangements.

2. The offer:

If an offer has limited due date or is tied with conditions, it will be explicitly mentioned in the offer.

Our selection includes articles and solutions for the protection and safety of industrial machines. The offer also includes a thorough description of the products and services. It is detailed enough so the consumer is able to correctly estimate the offer. If the merchant uses illustrations, they must be a genuine representation of the products and services mentioned. Any mistakes appearing in the offer do not engage the responsibility of the buyer.

Any offer containing information proposed in such a way that the consumer clearly understands what his rights and obligations are when accepting the offer.


Retraction right

You have the right to retract from this contract in a 14 days due date without any justification and without having to pay a fee.

The retraction due date expires after 14 days starting from the day you, a third party or the transporter you precise acquire the physical possession of the merchandize (or in case of many products in one order and delivered separately, the possession of the last product).

You can use the form model attached, but it is not mandatory.

To respect the retraction due date, you need to send the communication that concerns your application of the right to retraction before the expiry of the corresponding date. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you without delays.


In case of retraction from this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery fees (except additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery mode other than the cheapest and standard mode), without unjustified delays at the latest 14 days starting from the day of your retraction’s communication. We will refund you using the same method you used to make the transaction, unless you demand another way of refund; in any case, you risk no additional fees. We may not proceed to the refund until after receiving the products or the anterior presentation of a proof that the goods have been returned.

You must send the products, return them to us or to TNT, without unjustified delays and in any case, at the latest 14 days from the day you communicate the decision of retraction. You will respect the due date when you return the products before the 14 days deadline.

We take care of the return costs.

You assume only the responsibility of any depreciation of the value of goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Exclusion/Expiration of the retraction right:

Following the VI.53., 3° and 5° article of the Belgian economic law, the retraction right is excluded for the supply of non-pre-produced goods that require a choice or and individual decision from the buyer or that are clearly customized, and this right expires prematurely for contracts related to the supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for health and hygiene safety if the package has been opened after delivery.

5. Commercial return right until 30 days after reception of the merchandize:

Other than the right to retraction planned by law and mentioned above, we offer you a guarantee of commercial for 30 days after the reception of the goods. You can also cancel the contract after expiry of the 14 days retraction due date by sending us the merchandize in the 30 days following the reception (this due date starts the day after the reception) as long as the packaging is still intact and as they have not been used, damaged or are products that require specifications from the customer. The timely expedition is enough to respect the due date. The goods must be returned at: Poortakkerstraat 27, 9051 Gent, Belgium.
The guarantee of commercial return contractually agreed upon does not affect your rights and legal recourse. Particularly your legal retraction right and your legal guarantee rights stay unchanged.

 6. Expedition:

Deliveries are available in Europe. Generally, the delivery is carried out by TNT. The products are only delivered to the final consumer. They must be sent and delivered quickly and in any case, within 30 days following the order conformation, except for a contrary agreement. Due dates communicated before the order are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Guarantee:

The products are covered by a legal conformity guarantee (Art. VI.45, °12). If the goods are damaged during the expedition, please report this to us or present us with a complaint to the concerned TNT employee. Not sending complaint does not affect your legal recourses. For any defects of bought products noted during the legal guarantee due date, you can present a supplementary execution demand, of defect suppression and new delivery and – if legal requirements are met – additional price reduction or contract retraction, as well as paid damages, including the recovery of damages instead of executing and reimbursing useless expenditures.

8. Shipping:

Your REPAR2 order is free of delivery charge under the condition of ordered quantities to which additional fees that are mentioned on the order could be added.

9. Payment:

Payment can be made with the intermediary of the secured payment service supplier Ingenico, PayPal or by bank transfer. No discount is eligible for quick payments. We reserve the right to only offer certain payment methods for the required delivery: for example, only methods linked to the notation of respective credit to cover our credit risk.

Payment via PayPal:

You can directly pay via PayPal. When processing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to pay it. As soon as your account is notified of your authorization, it will be proceeded to expedition – depending on the delivery due date. Your PayPal account will be immediately debited after the authorization of the real amount of the bill after deducting any eventual discounts, gift certificates…

Credit card payment:

You pay immediately during the order processing by attaching your credit card information. During the expedition, the billed amount will be debited from your credit card after deducting any discounts, bonds… For custom made products, the real amount billed after deducting discounts is immediately debited from your credit card.

10. Prices:

Our prices are in EUR, VAT included.

11. Propriety reserve:

The products stay in our possession until the entire amount is paid.

12. E-communication:

You consent to the communications related to the contract must be in electronic format.

13. Responsibility exclusion for third party links:

We insert in our pages links referring to other internet pages. The following principles apply for all these links: we expressly declare that we have no influence whatsoever on the contents of these linked pages. Thus, we dissociate ourselves from all contents of pages managed by third parties and do not take them as ours. This declaration applies to all links appearing and all pages content to which these links redirect.

14. Contractual language/Order text storage:

The languages used to conclude the sale contract via this website are French and Dutch. The contract is not archived in our systems and cannot be reviewed after the order has been issued. You can however print your order immediately after it has taken place.

15. Complaint management:

The merchant can use a procedure of managing complaints, which is published enough, and manages any complaint in accordance to the procedure.
Complaints related to the contract execution must be presented to the merchant in a timely manner and must be entirely and clearly described, once the consumer has noted the defects.
Complaints passed to the merchant will receive an answer in short time (a maximum of 14 days starting from the reception date). If a complaint requires a higher processing time, the merchant will send an answer within 14 days with acknowledgment of receipt in which the consumer will find a more precise answer.
A complaint concerning a product or service of the merchant can also be included, via a complaint form on the contact page of the website or through the address:

If the complaint cannot be resolved with a mutual agreement, it becomes a litigation that can be the object of the litigation settlement.

16. Photographs rights:

All picture rights are reserved to REPAR2. Their use without explicit approbation is not authorized.
